What is Kind2GO!
Is a mentoring program that connects experienced professionals (Mentors) with emerging talents (Mentees), creating a path for both professional and personal development. This is the first edition—a unique opportunity to become part of the Gentlemen’s Club community.
How does it work?
1. Application (March 29 – April 15): Fill out the questionnaire to apply as a Mentor (minimum 15 years of experience) or a Mentee.
2. Matching (April 15 – 25): We will match you with the right person for your journey. Applications will be evaluated, and pairings will be based on experience, skills, and goals. Results will be communicated by the end of April.
3. Kick-off (May 5): An online launch event to provide all guidelines on how the program will unfold.
4. Mentoring (May – November): The program will last 7 months and include at least 5 one-on-one sessions between Mentor and Mentee. Sessions will be flexible, allowing pairs to agree on the format, frequency, and duration of their meetings.
5. Experience Sharing: We will organize 3 events (in-person/online) dedicated to sharing experiences and building connections among participants. Attendance at at least one event is required. These moments will be a great opportunity to exchange ideas, network, and enhance the mentoring journey.
Who can participate?
Mentors: Participation is reserved for professionals with at least 15 years of experience who hold leadership roles and are ready to share their knowledge to support new talents in their growth.
Mentees: We are looking for young talents with a strong motivation to grow, eager to challenge themselves, learn, and develop new skills through interaction with experienced professionals.

How to apply?
To participate, you must complete the online application form during the application period (March 29 – April 15).
Each participant will receive a communication with the application results by the end of April 2025.
