With this document the company Fimelato S.r.l. owner of the site fimelato.com (hereafter “Site”), informs the interested party (“User”) that his/her personal data, related to the browsing within this site, with direct access from the homepage or through sub-pages, will be processed with the utmost care and with tools to guarantee suitable security. It is hereby specified that this privacy policy – in compliance with the provisions of article 13 of EU Regulation 679/2016 – is not to be considered valid for other websites that may be consulted via the links therein.
1. TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED
1.1. Data deriving from the User’s browsing
These data, through the normal functioning of the Site, are acquired and transmitted implicitly in the use of Internet communication protocols. This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but, by its very nature, through processing data held by third parties, could allow Users to be identified.
